Upbit, Binance, Bybit and OKX notices are read every few seconds. Even a Korean title is decoded: which coin, which market, and where it can be traded right now. If it trades nowhere yet, it says “new”.

The price is recorded the moment a headline arrives. The chip shows the change since then, live; the chart marks the minute the news landed.
