In the exam, the AI won’t be there.
Here you get hints, not answers. It brings a topic back before you forget it. And a topic only counts as done when you can solve it alone, days later.

Students handed the answer fell behind on the exam.
In one study, high-school students practised maths with an AI. With the version that gave answers, practice scores rose but the unaided exam score fell. The version that gave hints showed no such drop.
About 1,000 high-school students in Turkey; compared with a group without AI.
Stuck? One step up, not the answer.
First a question that makes you think, then the idea, then a similar example. The solution comes last, and it stays locked. Pick a wrong option and it tells you why that option is wrong.
Hints open after your first wrong answer or 30 seconds: try first. An answer found with a hint counts as “with help”.
She ___ in Ankara since 2019.
- lived
- has lived
- is living
- lives
- had lived
Not quite “lived” describes a finished past; “since” points to something that is still going on.
- 1A questionDoes “since 2019” point to a finished time, or to something still going on today?
- 2The ideaIf it is still going on, use “have / has + past participle”. The subject is “She”.

Correct · with a hint, counted as “with help”
Right with a hint isn’t “I’ve learned it”.
Every topic has two scores: mastery with help and mastery without help. Watching the whole lesson or solving with hints doesn’t finish a topic; what counts is getting it right on your own.
A single “watched %” bar is never shown as learning.
Present Perfect
Review before you forget.
What you learn fades over days. Each topic gets its next review day; when it comes, topics return as mixed questions. After every review, the memory lasts longer.
A topic only becomes “lasting” at least 3 days after you first learned it, with an unaided correct answer in a review. Review days are set by an open method called FSRS.
- Not started
- Tried with help
- Needs practice on your own
- Waiting for mixed review
- Time to review
- Lasting

Your browser’s own voice reads the lesson; captions and the full transcript are always there. The board changes with each part. Tap the source chip in a hint and the lesson jumps to that minute.
With no voice available the lesson plays silently, with captions on screen.

I lived in İzmir in 2019.

- 00:00Present Perfect describes things that started in the past and still go on today.
- 00:31Past Simple describes a finished time: I was in İzmir in 2019, not any more.
- 00:52Since gives a starting point. If it still goes on from that point, use Present Perfect.

It finds the answer in the lesson, and shows where.
The assistant doesn’t make answers up: it searches the course’s lesson texts and shows the part where the answer is, with its source. Ask it for the answer and it explains why it won’t. If it can’t find something, it says so.
When it can’t find an answer it suggests asking the teacher; the reply appears under the lesson.

When do I use since?
- Assistant
Lesson 2.3 covers it in “since: a starting point”: since gives a starting point; if it still goes on from there, use Present Perfect.

Just tell me the answer.
- Assistant
I won’t give the answer directly: when you find it yourself, it stays with you. Want a hint instead?
- You
Will this be on the exam?
- Assistant
I couldn’t find that in the lesson texts, and I don’t want to make it up. You can ask your teacher.

Teachers add questions and see where students get stuck.
A teacher writes a question with its hint ladder; it joins the topic’s question bank and comes back in reviews. The panel shows, from real attempts, the questions students struggle with and the wrong option they pick most.
Questions can be added one by one or in bulk. When a student taps “ask the teacher”, it lands in the teacher’s inbox.

Why this way?
- 1.What you find yourself, stays.A hint makes you think; a ready answer only saves the moment.
- 2.Review, before you forget.Every topic comes back before your memory of it fades.
- 3.The measure: right, on your own.Watching or solving with hints doesn’t count as “learned”.
